Keep an eye on your inbox for an appointment confirmation from practice better which is the Electronic Medical Record. In preparation for your visit, you’ll need to:

1. Create an account in practice better. This allows access to the portal and makes sharing documents and protocols easier. An invite is automatically generated and sent to your email.

2. Fill out your forms. These are also sent automatically to your inbox. Please complete and submit 48 hours prior to your appointment.
