What was going on for you health wise that brought you to Wild Lemon Health?

Gut issues that were not solved using western medicine ideas and that were not solved using the knowledge possessed by two prior Naturopathic Doctors (NDs). None of the aforementioned approached the problem from a wholistic point of view.

Why did you decide to sign up?

Decision to do so was predicated by listening to Antonella discuss health issues at two "Cooking for Health" classes. It appeared at that time that she had a wholistic view of body health that might help me.

How was your experience at WLH different?

It was different in that, from the first consult, Dr. A. listened and paid attention and asked questions that indicated that she paid attention and was seriously trying to get to the root of my issues. None of the practitioners that I had dealt with before this had shown this attention to detail.

How did your health change?

For the better. We discovered what foods would be best avoided and what foods worked well. Also the use of the the proper probiotics was studied and then implemented

What impact did this have on your life?

Very positive impact. More or less unbroken sleep and waking up rested without digestive problems getting me up in the middle of the night.

What did you most appreciate about the approach at WLH?

The attention to detail and the approach to problem solving that was tailored to my individual case.
