What was going on for you health wise that brought you to Wild Lemon Health?

I had excessive hair loss during shampooing. Blood tests showed I was low in iron and calcium. My antibodies were extremely high also, much to my surprise.

Why did you decide to sign up?

I had gone to my GP and a dermatologist with no results. Standard thyroid test showed "normal" levels and it was suggested that my hair loss was age related or due to stress. This didn't resonate as true to me so I wanted to try alternative solutions.

How was your experience at WLH different?

I love the wholistic approach focusing on total body and not just the apparent symptom. At WLH you sign up for a long term commitment and a teamwork approach to health. Antonella connects regularly for scheduled appointments to monitor progress and make suggestions as health issues come up. She is also available on the WLH app for quick advise or exchange. Having that close connection kept me on track with recommendations for diet and supplements.

How did your health change?

My hair is no longer coming out in mass and it is actually growing back in places where the loss was. (coming in gray but I will take it ;-] ) My antibody levels also improved.

What impact did this have on your life?

When I follow the plan I have so much energy and feel great. I have a positive outlook on life and a commitment to making healthy choices.

What did you most appreciate about the approach at WLH?

I appreciate the education on "gut health" and the tools for eating and supplementation to stay balanced. Also, the patient, guiding approach to change with the understanding that life happens and sometimes we will not make healthy choices but that is OK. A splurge here and there is necessary for me but I am committed to strive for the best I can do to ensure my good health.
